In the refurbished and remodeled Cafe we had a delicious freshly prepared breakfast, all cooked to order here, with many locally sourced ingredients. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed.
This small but delightful eating place is popular with locals and visitors alike for lunch, with about a dozen tables plus a handful outside under a glass awning. It can get busy - a nod to it's quality? - but we always try fora table here if we can!
The menu seems well priced and we can often bring our 2 daughter's for a light lunch or sandwich, water and drinks and come away with change out of £25. -

a tad expensive for what it is...essentially a typical working mans chip buttie cafe but dressed up to look like a classy restaurant but the foods good enough, i recommend the chip buttie and banana milkshake
